What do I need to rent a property from Amana?

In order to rent from us, we require: proof of ID, x3 months bank statements, x3 months proof of income (pay slips or Universal Credit statement for example), an employer reference, a landlord reference and we also require you to pass a credit check. Don’t worry if one of your references isn’t great; we have properties to suit everyone!

What is a 'HMO'?

A HMO is a “House of Multiple Occupancy” – a fancy abbreviation for a house share! Most house shares consist of 4 or more rooms where tenants share communal areas such as a kitchen and a lounge.

What types of properties do you have?

We have a range of properties, from rooms to rent to 7 bed houses.

If you are moving into one of our houses you can have peace of mind in the fact the property will have recently been fully refurbished to provide the highest standard of living.

I want to rent out my property - what do I do?

Contact us! We offer no-obligation advice, giving you a wealth of knowledge about your investment area, estimated rental rates and will help (if needed) get your property up to scratch, for us to find you a perfect tenant!

Help - Something is broken in my property!

To report a fault, and arrange a repair, please visit our maintenance page and our team will get back to you ASAP. If it is an emergency, please contact 01270 699 100 either via whatsapp or telephone.

Amana Lettings will store your contact form submission securely for a minimum of 2 years. We will not contact you with further offers of our services unless this has been agreed. We do not sell or share your data with any third party.
